This should not limit itself in governing relations between states and citizens but also relationship among citizens. Effective democracy gives rise to redistributive pressure from below. Public goods, safety, common law, redistribution of income should not be only in written form but also in practice. Without this substantive dimension, democracy becomes unsustainable. “Political democracy cannot last unless there lies at the base of it social Democracy”. On the social plane society is divided into mountain as high as Mt. Everest and as low as Mariana Trench. This condition also prevails in economic plane of India. We proudly upheld the notion of “One Vote One Value”. Notwithstanding, the unparallel terrain of social plane systematically denied it. Social Democracy is a sacred marriage of equality, liberty and fraternity. It is the natural balance which gets disturbed even if one of the parts is missing. Without equality, liberty would produce the supremacy of the few over the many. Equality without liberty would kill individual initiative. Without fraternity, liberty and equality could not become a natural course of things.&lt;br /&gt;Reality&lt;br /&gt;Persevering denial of social democracy will threaten the very existence of political democracy. Hopes spread are falsified, and the adivasis, Dalits and people who were lying in trench in the social plane before 1947 have gained the least from the elected democracy. Millions of Adivasis are thrown out of their home for utilitarian view of elected democratic personnel. And it seems contemporary India combines the worst feature of capitalism, socialism and feudalism. &lt;br /&gt;The Indian Constitution abolished untouchability and proclaimed the state neutral in matters of religion/caste/creed. Such was the law: how was the practice? Among all the tests the state faced this was the sternest. The idea would stand scrutiny only if majority respected the rights and liberties of Indians different from themselves.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Conflict of Interests&lt;br /&gt;Democracy is governed by its most popular principle: majority rule. Majority is the side with higher number of votes, whether it is an election, a legislative bill, or a shareholder motion in a corporation. The plurality always decides. Thus, when it is said that "the people have spoken" or the "people's will should be respected," the people are generally expressed through the majority.&lt;br /&gt;This leads to the valley developing between the two sides i.e. majority and minority. Yet majority rule cannot be the only expression of "supreme power" in a democracy.  Thus, while it is clear that democracy must guarantee the expression of the popular will through majority rule, it is equally clear that it must guarantee that the majority will not abuse use its power to violate the basic and inalienable rights of the minority. For one, a defining characteristic of democracy must be the people's right to change the majority through elections. This right is the people's "supreme authority." The minority, therefore, must have the right to seek to become the majority and possess all the rights necessary to compete fairly in elections—speech, assembly, association, petition. For the majority, ensuring the minority's rights becomes a matter of self-interest, since it must utilize the same rights when it is in minority to seek to become a majority again. &lt;br /&gt;Results of Conflicts&lt;br /&gt;The untouchables spread all across India. They were poor, stigmatized and often receiving upper-caste violence. They worked in the village in the lowest possible profession. Under the British rule there were some improvements in employment structure with opportunities in army or factories in urban settlement. &lt;br /&gt;There were number of cases in decade after independence where atrocities were perpetrated on Scheduled Castes. What these cases- and the many more like them- reveal is a system that was quite profound turmoil. All across India the winds of democratic politics had made Scheduled Castes more willing to demand their rights. Aided by reservation in school, offices, factories, and legislatures, inspired by the example of their great leaders and encouraged by the constitutional provisions in favor of social equality, many of them were inclined to abandon the old road of deference in favor of rockier path of defiance. This in turn provoked a sometimes nasty reaction from those who persisted in thinking of themselves as social superiors.&lt;br /&gt;Road Ahead&lt;br /&gt;Minority rule is antithetical to democracy. But the founders worried that the majority could abuse its powers to oppress a minority just as easily as a king. Democracy therefore requires minority rights equally as it does majority rule.&lt;br /&gt;India is currently undergoing a process of political and economic transition. It is significant that the poor and underprivileged are becoming even more involved in India’s politics, and they are pushing hard for greater share of resources. This has invariably led to deepening of Democracy root in India. We as a future manager should always bear in mind the difference in social plane sphere of India. I generally take life as it is without having much thought what it will carry for me. But to prove risk lover is really tough task.&lt;br /&gt;All of a sudden, something clicked (happens more frequently now). And the conversation proceeded as follows:&lt;br /&gt;Interviewer: How can you prove you are risk lover?&lt;br /&gt;Me: Huh!!! Seriously are you kidding me (not audible)&lt;br /&gt;(Interviewer was Tuchha (senior in IIM lingo))&lt;br /&gt;Me: Did you find first year at IIM tough?&lt;br /&gt;I: Yep so?&lt;br /&gt;M: No just confirming we can understand risk in clear perpsective. If you find it difficult to manage, where apart from studies regular cases, group studies: also you need to prepare for Summers in first year attend I don't know 50 ppt's, working in Industry project , every alternate days preparing for Marketing presentation.. Despite knowing all this hectic schedule, I still preferred to get married and stay with my wife.. The biggest risk I took was coming to IIMA after marriage, staking my married life!!!!&lt;br /&gt;I: Don't you mean other way around??&lt;br /&gt;M: That won't be risk loving... This doesn't seem much different from Cricket. Either I will be bowled out, or I win or the third option is still alive There will be a draw. Any options I face I have to play. There is no backing out left :).&lt;br /&gt;Now around four weeks are passed and I am finally acclimating myself, I still don't feel much changes expect now I stay awake late night studying rather watching series or movies.&lt;br /&gt;Looking back I recall two most important incidents till now&lt;br /&gt;1. The welcome week, the long standing ceremony of IIM-A. It was something different and really savoring. Tastes good only if you are on the other side of table and you know you have cooked an excellent dish. On the side I was, I was eating it loosing my gustation.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;and &lt;br /&gt;2. There are hell lot of courses and hell lot of reading material. But one course which is different from any other is understanding ethics. Course is a bit more philosophical and requires deep understanding of human nature. But one lecture has left a deep impact which I believe I will carry on throughout my life henceforth. The character of Krishna is Mahabharata is well understood by me, but I missed the most important point in his character. The strong ability of playing finesse. There are not always three ways to do things, &lt;br /&gt;a. Just Do It&lt;br /&gt;b. Flight&lt;br /&gt;or c. Fight&lt;br /&gt;but there is one more and much more important way to do things that you face all through your life. The art of finesse and tactics to do it. Two characters of Mahabharata tried to play finesse throughout their life Karna and Krishna and both got different results. Wish I could say "It brings out the memory of pre-independence". &lt;br /&gt;I heard about Lokpall Bill interestingly in a Group Discussion for my MBA preparation. Since then it has interested me a lot. The three pillars of our constitution Legislature, Executive and Judiciary were designed to uphold the law and order in country. Something went wrong and we desperately require fourth pillar "Medium". But Nira Radia tape and sometime suspecting public intelligence although it was clear in all possible manner how media became tool in the hand of Legislature. &lt;br /&gt;Cognizant politicians introduced the Lokpal Bill in 1971 and eight times later but debauch politicians (unfortunately who form majority of our elective representative) manage to avert it each and every time.&lt;br /&gt;Finally yesterday praise Lord Anna Hazzare finally got the say of common public in making the law. The law which will enable and independent body (may be the fifth pillar) keeps a watchdog on corruption creeping in three pillars on which our independence our constitution rests. Speaking this evidently suggests the importance and reason for concerns of activists and politicians likewise. &lt;br /&gt;My main concerns is making the body self-reliant will pose some problem if not tackle properly will lead serious ramifications. As who is the person or group of body entitled to decide the non-corrupt stature to a person. We have seen the imbecility of central government in CVC appointment. Likewise similar irregularities based on technicalities can easily creep in. As demanded by Anna ji it is unrealistic to have national election each time new chairman of Lokpal is to be appointed.&lt;br /&gt;The second major concerns is the fallback option in case the system having lokpal bill get corrupts. It is the major concern. Corruption basically occur when there is mad rush for money and power. The members of Lokpal appointed or elected should be those who either have money and don't desire power or who have no money and no power. It is impossible to find a person with power and not have any desire enhance it.&lt;br /&gt;The foremost concern is no-one is above law. Even Lokpal cannot be. If it happens so situation can be imagined with number of committee above law resulting in loss of law order the only promising and sticky thread holding us together. So ultimately prosecution will have to be as per Judiciary bench. Lassitude was I on cliche behavior of airlines.&lt;br /&gt;Reaching 7.5 minutes after the departure of train and have nowhere to go now I went outside and drank tea. Quite and cold night it is. Midnight is here and I have to wait till dawn to catch next train.&lt;br /&gt;Tenacity has led to who I am. I have to be awake for all night so didn't bother of couple of butt still in my bag.&lt;br /&gt;All reservations counters were shut. A small window was open with drowsy little man sitting behind counter. "When will ticket counter open?". Opening his bloodshot eyes giving a vermicular expression " Cant you bloody read".&lt;br /&gt;I have to wait till 4 am to buy tickets. Sitting in small bench besides a policeman eating what a night shop has to offer.&lt;br /&gt;Managed to pass my three hours reading LOTR in waiting room glancing over guards kicking weeders and alcoholic and hearing verbosely exchange of abuses.&lt;br /&gt;Ticket counter was finally open but had no luck in getting confirmed reservation so have to wait for current reservation which would open in next 30 minutes. Fat middle aged man with brownish beard and no moustache came close to me " I can get you ticket". I maundered innocently " You work here?" Widening his eyes he retorted " Give me your name and will get you ticket confirmed. Including tatkal and my fees pay me 1200." Surprised and angry was I retorted " There is no tatkal in current reservation and you are asking me 500 as your commission." Lightning my cigarette I looked back. He was flabbergasted " Are you Kanpuriya?" he asked. "Yep thats why I think like you!" I smiled and he quietly moved away. Nothing profitable will come from me, he moved to other prospective ignorant people.&lt;br /&gt;Right infront of me he got 7 tickets form filled for same train. Having a big grim on his face he concludedly said to me " I'll take 1100. Dont be fool I will get your ticker or you just wait here." " I love waiting. Cant you see I am enjoying here." releasing a bated breath of smoke.&lt;br /&gt; In precisely 30 min I went again to counter and got my ticket and the person standing behind me with 7 forms in full desperation crowding me. Here I am witnessing the multi-billion sports affair loosing the credit. It was the year 2008 after the legend over of Stuart Broad IPL kicked off and trying to rebuilt the lost charm of cricket after disastrous performance in 2006 World Cup. T20 world cup was kickoff for Indian cricket when Dhoni and squad won the first ever T20 world cup. Beating the most aspired looser from Indian fan perspective Pakistan. They became heroes and role model. The big business bullies of India cant let go this big in-hand opportunity. &lt;br /&gt;Rightly said successful person don’t do different thing they just do the things differently but it is adept to add they also hammer the iron when its hot. IPL a grand success since its very inception, brought in lot of money, although nobody actually cared from where. Is this whole idea was of just one man I am afraid not. Lot of calculation and analysis would have been required. In small marriage in India everyone along with Groom everyone have their share of pie, this was a monster. &lt;br /&gt;Definitely it brought entertainment to vast population of India with some tincture to cricket loving nations. It had names which were legend, it had full support from government, it had all biggies involved it was the most masaledaar news.  And no doubt it became success. Shifted to South Africa where government is more concerned had some charity apart from boosting the economy where world was facing the biggest meltdown. They exploited it in their favor and had done a fantastic job. &lt;br /&gt;Simple economics, if demand is more calculatingly increase the supply esp if you are getting the best bargain. We witness the expansion with addition of couple of teams and this was not a very good idea esp when a person is involved whose life is quite open thanks to advancement in social networking.  Things went out of the hand and we are witnessing couple of scapegoat due to grand opening of name bidders. &lt;br /&gt;Some facts openly admitted make my throat sour. It depends not only the road you take but also the face of the path. Shady in Chevrolet or sunny maybe bearing your whole weight. But whenever we travel we have a backpack. This backpack consists of lot of things depending upon the kind of personality you have or which trip you have taken. &lt;br /&gt;These backpack consists of Parents, friends, ethics, culture, stuff like photos, your laptop, memories etc etc. Different P&amp;C of all those stuff you learned, you made, you cherished, you dreamt, relationship you being in, parents, friends, kids, spouse, anything you can remotely remember from your subconscious mind.&lt;br /&gt;I am currently traveling with three backpacks. Kind of keeping track of three routes. Don’t take me wrong this is the route we take which defy the traditional three dimensional environment we live in. This is multidimensional with only one thing common with the familiar word Time. It is same in both of these environment and running at the same pace toward chaos. &lt;br /&gt;So my three backpacks burdened with different things, almost everything necessary so that I do not loose anything which I Love. Just hoping to complete my journey with these backpacks intact so that the journey I take should be fruitful. It just seems the penultimate of yesterday's event rather than a fresh start. Waking up before even the sun god shine his the most cherished and distinguished gift to the Earth, the Life. I love traveling by train providing me lot of time to think and rethink. Giving me the purview and the glance of things I like. Strange beginning of the day, I got the confirmed tickets 17 min before the actual departure of train from Kanpur Central in Holi festive season. Yes I was with my family in Holi. This year holi was a bit awkward. Just couple of room spared with the fine layer of construction unwanted dust making a fine scrubby bed to lie. &lt;br /&gt;Here I am traveling back taking up a new venture may be fruitful this time. Train travel as I say is the best time of my short life seeing different type of people and trying to understand the psychic is my favorite hobby, but the most cherished part lies outside. Vast green (yes they are right now) fields with fine patches of trees, planted to get a shade in the noon after working hard in the field for the whole morning. No labor, no women working on the green field.&lt;br /&gt;Just had a breakfast. Food has become better in railway, I personally believe this. When I was en-route from Hyderabad to Kanpur I had be lunch and dinner in AC and it was the first time I found food good and even today food was decent with appropriate amount of salt and spices with fresh bread :).&lt;br /&gt;Few of the many things which I had learned from Oracle office is making tea with the tea-bag. I am good at it and now I feel proud because I made a tea from railway department tea-bag, sugar and powder milk and it tasted awesome :P.&lt;br /&gt;So what else!! Just reached Tundla Junction but as government discards luxury amenities to the poor so as to cover their shame Shatabdi Exp just shown the presence and moved away. Aspiration is not gone it is hidden just like love which is never gone but it also never get surfaced. I believe aspiration and love goes hand by hand.&lt;br /&gt;When I was kid I used to dream a lot. I would be like this, like that, would be someone big and important. It was just because I loved a lot. I loved everything. Everything seems to be new, great, elegant and there was a charm. &lt;br /&gt;As I grew dream becomes thinner so my love, it started becoming weaker and weaker. And I realize one of the truths, love for things, love for people is, love to be someone etc etc is one of the binding truth and everything else goes hand in hand.&lt;br /&gt;Today I aspire not too many things may be just couple of them. May be whatever I aspired till now in my life, most of things I have them now, thanks to Love off course, but now I love less. My strength of likeness which holds my love strong is becoming weak, I aint like no things. Just enough to count on my fingers, may be counting will fell short. Why the ABLE government of Congress ruling for nearly 90% time of Indian Republic life never bothered about this age generation, the most genuine answer for me is "These people don't make their vote bank". Surprisingly to take care of the age group we have overlapping ministries of women and child development and youth affairs!!&lt;br /&gt;I am no exception it is just I am realizing a different perspective. &lt;br /&gt;Despite of 8% growth, not more than 60% people would be earning to pull them above the poverty line (definitely I am not considering Indian Government benchmark). Middle Class is strong and grey area which govt uses to encompass most of the population. Kid is good in maths; great let us make him engineer, good in biology; great doctor is on the way, nothing is working sad enough have to choose art side. So who is wrong here parents, society, govt or we. Looking vaguely first blame goes to Parents, looking more carefully may be you will start blaming society, little bit of inspection govt would be blamed, but if everyone is to be blamed definitely it is we who stands the culprit.&lt;br /&gt;Parents (they are the best people in the world no hard feelings) had lived through emergency, had seen the worst of India's growth , so most of the time very right in making the decision in pursuing career in engineering, medical, Government service, and if nothing works CA is definitely the best resort. Reason for these professions is the intellect they have acquired seeing the society they have lived in. People in these profession earn and more respected. A little bit of inspection would point to govt policies taking care of the society benchmark. &lt;br /&gt;I personally do not believe in anything now a days what govt says or what media reports. May be I am highly skeptic or may be I am becoming iconoclast, I dont know but seeing the picture I feel it is we who are the responsible for everything. We don't have our own pursue. We are too much dependent on others, we never take a stand we never follow a passion we do the thing as most people do it. And if we dont find success in that we feel if others can do it why can't I. Depression, feeling of incapability and insecurity builds up devastating the inner self. Definitely it is fueled up by those handicapped people mentally challenged who feel anger and suspicion and more brutal discipline will make the things better. And sadly these people are in abundance and could be found everywhere starting from your childhood, school life till your college life. And there are people who judge everything monetary which is one of the biggest factor for killing inner self in working youth. &lt;br /&gt;Definitely these people are manufactured from the filthy society of ours. And they are like virus spreading fast and they make the others like themselves and if not give serious enough damage and sometime damage is more severe than realized may lead to the abrupt finish of the unfinished life. Or most of the time lead to dilettante pursuit leading to more damage. Anyway new year, new decade and may be new opportunities. But life is not any fairy tale. Anyways.&lt;br /&gt;It was a new year and I went to shop some books. Here I was sitting in odyssey turning through pages of a book, and all of sudden, obviously after seeing the price, an idea bulbed in my mind. Hey I can buy this same book in Koti at a what 1/4th of a price. Thinking for few minutes I came to conclusion may be I will be helping more needful by buying book from Koti than to buy it from genuine source (which I am not very sure) like odyssey.&lt;br /&gt;My internal thought process:&lt;br /&gt;"Hmmm..So this books costs 475 rs. But Deloitte guy, Shobhit was saying he bought it from Koti @ 150 only. Seriously, I will save 300 bucks and I can watch 3 more movies :). But then this is not good, it is cheating. If it is cheating how can people sell so many books with such a big open market of book where there are not less than thousand shops selling so many pirated books. Arey they must be bribing those police people so they dont say anything, this is bad really bad. Let me buy from genuine source."&lt;br /&gt;Now after turning few pages&lt;br /&gt;"Arey even drug-seller can bribe polices but i dont see such open source for drug. What yaar dont grandiose things. Achha just think, is it helping society? Hmmmm...there is printer definitely not very famous or a big earner otherwise he would have been charging a lot. Small may be one room industry. Printing pirated books, cover page etc etc, I dont think very rich persons would be involved. Now most of the sellers are either on roadside or selling the books in a shop which is definitely comparable to paanwaala shop. Yeah there are some big shops which also carry forward this kind of business but still majority are roadsider's. &lt;br /&gt;Now somebody, someone must be corrupt in order to complete the chain. Someone or the other government official. So I am giving some money to promote the corruption. But what about that guy VVC who dont know how to talk to people. Just for the money he can act as Gandhi or Godse. I regret watching his movie by giving 100 bucks. But anyhow if I buy book from that cheap source, it will definitely save me some money, and money will be circulated to much lower section of society compared to richer section. Government is already doing that job, creating the big deep gap between them which is widening day by day why should I abet it. Lemme try to reduce it :). Anyway I will try to balance out, sometime from Genuine sources but most of the time from Pirated sources."&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I may be totally out of context but things are not that good as they seems especially when we are from that section of society who have an easy access to internet. They are bad really bad, and I feel it is rotting day by day. Gap is becoming wider, simple day to day life are becoming expensive. Pulses are definitely out of reach from majority of people. Basic needs are distancing themselves. Still, which I wonder now, I use to go tutorials. Here I was sitting in my class, some instructor came and inquired about those not present. At that time I heard or was showered with the knowledge that Mumbai is having this heavy rain preventing those guys coming to Kanpur. Lucky I thought. Reading some articles and googling deepened the well of news. &lt;br /&gt;So what went wrong my little philosophical mind grunted. India's real estate was on big boom, but booming real estate, lot of fdi in this sector and other favorable times led to big rise of concrete jungle. But our beloved government has a big role to play, and as we know gov is not that fast, efficient and as liquid as money. So someone was not on schedule otherwise. Resulted in this horrific ramification. Inept situation can be blamed to corruption, money centric real estaters, etc etc, but somewhere we are responsible in big way.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;TOWERING INFERNO&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What went wrong, nearly at 9 at night Anuj, my friend, called me. Hey see the news. Big towers literally skyscrapers, WTC were on fire. Burning and kind of falling. It was class 9 and I can blame on my ignorance that I thought that after getting a big blow in Kargil, these Pakistanis must have done so, coz they were hoping US will help them but he didn't showed up. Getting adjusted in pragmatism, living till now in my dreams. Don't want to bore with that stuff. I came back for end-sem break. It was nice to be home after six months for more than couple of days I guess. I still remember I had to leave as new sem was about to begin. It was morning of 28 Dec I guess and there was a big news flash about Tsunami. What the hell is that, I watched and very soon I realize we live in very dangerous world, and until we confide with the laws of nature these disasters will repeat from time to time and we will be annihilated as I saw on TV that day. I had seen Sea-Waves, but these waves rising more than 3 storey building and if I have to see that I would be dead before even water had touched me.&lt;br /&gt;I was studying Civil Engineering, and it was this incident which had considerably had risen the interest in Earthquakes, exactly what the hell is that and how to avoid them. I may not be able to design a house, but I can suggest how to prevent life when a house experience EQ waves. Anyway but this incident as it had affected the whole world, Indian sub-continent, given opportunity to show mercy and hearty nature, and lot of money on the research which I still wonder where the actually are the results. But this incidence what definitely a wake for me to identify that I want to learn one thing in my life, what is Earthquake.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;RUNNING RIOT &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It was exam time board exam of 10th. I just had clue that something very filthy had been done in Gujarat. I believe it was my English exam and I prayed that exam should be postponed may be due to some kind of riot in Kanpur. I remember there was sharp uprising due to some  activist, but the killing of ACP made the administration very strict and that was the last day any bitter news served on dinner in Kanpur.&lt;br /&gt;Exam over, and now as I am curious always, I remember taking out some old newspapers and reading them esp Gujarat related events. I was shocked, aghast and preposterous to take so much at one shot. India was shining but this brought acid-hole in the shine.&lt;br /&gt;I still remember one event, a woman was killed but before killing her the angry MOB killed the 3 month fetus in her stomach and I dont want to explain how.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;PLANE DRAMA &lt;/b&gt; &lt;br /&gt;I will never forget this drama, but I was growing and it was one of the first incident which had portrayed the political complexities. News channel were still not enough even on cables. DD National and metro kind of had monopoly on news. So everything I had seen I remember was through that. Vajpayee, one of the finest and best diplomat PM India ever had, was in a big dilemma, free the terrorist or let 177 people die. I believe Indian diplomats must have done their best to reduce the ransom, and get the boarders alive even in very hostile nation of Afghanistan under the rule of Taliban. I still remember my first slap on my face, I still remember very beautiful girl sitting next to me, I still remember the most jolly laugh I had ever seen and may ever see, but most importantly I remember the love of my life because it was the first time after three years sharing the same class we were now in different sections.&lt;br /&gt;But with that came lot of other incidents which had elicited reading habit in me. There were atleast thousands of important rather very important incidents happened in my life. But I want to write from my view about 8 of those incidents:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;FOUNTAINHEAD&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2006 , I was in college 2nd year packed my bag for my first air-trip, or precisely first foreign trip. I was calm, shy, a bit introvert. I heard the news that very soon government is bring bill in the parliament to introduce new reservation system in India, OBC 27%. I want to know more because of my very intriguing nature i googled a lot. Various reservation system reasons, needs, creamy layer etc etc etc. The only thing came to my mind that Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, who had his statue at every nook and corner, had definitely fingered the nation building theme of the nation. &lt;br /&gt;Reservation is good rather very good depending upon the economic condition of the family and the way the person had made progress in the life, but reservation on the basis of surname is definitely nor right. I have seen people giving up their last name just to make sure they come into reservation, i have witnessed people killing others because they were given reservation but he was not, it was in my college days only when Rajasthan was burnt alive just because of reservation. Just to make sure these people who had, SORRY, whose ancestors had lived in abject poverty, never treated properly etc etc, I still believe in one thing, One Reservation per family. If you are applying for reservation provide in details what your father is doing, what your grand-father did and were they beneficiary of any of these reservation policy. This is absolutely necessary in order to reduce this percentage which I believe that is absolutely necessary for the democracy and stability to live freely in India. If I ever leave this country, looking for brighter opportunities in foreign Reservation will definitely top the list of reasons, and I believe that it is for all the brain-drain India is suffering.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;TOPLESS TRIUMPH&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br /&gt;I always had a fight with my brother for players and there was a division of players. Sourav Ganguly was mine old chap. It was 2002 the year my bro went to IIT and seriously it was the first time I heard of IIT. I visited couple of time to my bro rooms and I sill remember some of the drawing which I later realized that it was TA-101 the course in which I sucked.&lt;br /&gt;Anyway Ganguly was a new captain winning matches and loosing it was kind of captaincy with no taste still. Azhar had left a very bitter taste to most of Indians, Ganguly apart from captaining had to get that taste off the bud. England won a test in India and Flintoff the biggie took off his shirt and danced. Dada the tiger must got the thorn in his heart. It was final of Natwest and I remember watching it. Probability of England winning the final was high, but India  clinched away the match and here I saw Ganguly taking his shirt off in the Lords and portraying the confidence, displaying the maverick nature of Indian cricket which I believe will forever be relinquished by everyone. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;AH, TAJ! &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I joined Oracle with very little thoughts and I am still not sure whether the series of decision which I made before joining were correct or not. I was living with completely new species of IIT K junta. It was 26 November 2008 I was seeing the news and it flashed somewhere terrorist attack on Mumbai. I said wow another blow on RAW, which I still want to join. I watched the news and there was some clarity after couple of hours that there is an attack on Taj Hotel and couple of more places but it was already late so I slept. Next day morning the news continued, now I worried and watching news I realized death of some important police personnel etc and Hotel Taj the symbol of mumbai was being attacked. After 4 odd days things were sorted out and now I was sure that this time they were serious, very serious in order to prove the point. "I will continuously amputate you unless you figure out how to get my hand blow off." I felt it to be bawdy to ask someone reasons for all these intricacies. I dont remember until growing up the exact philosophy behind division of states. I remember, to be precise read first time in the history book about division of Bengal. The only reason construing the division was the rift between two states. It was that time I thought this could b€ the main reason behind all the division.&lt;br /&gt;Till everyone is joyous in the family with no complains, grudges and hard feeling there are no problems. Everyone can stay together. As soon as rift is created, people start feeling that someone is taking an advantage of him/her things begin to deteriorate.&lt;br /&gt;India is a delicate country where people are too much emotional with very less sanity. In between all this people have dog-eared many incidents which in ramification had made their views highly skeptic. Mistrust breeds agony which only results in debacle. Moreover building trust in veil of greed will never lead to righteous path.&lt;br /&gt;Few of these things and many of manly driven ideas would have lead to division of this world into various countries. Society is the most important and highly intricate things to understand, economics provides an easier path to understand little glimpse of society. People definitely wouldn't want to live together but to justify the forthcoming breed economy is always made an escape goat.&lt;br /&gt;Whatever I am seeing in Telangana is no difference than what happened in Bengal. It is just we can blame to others so economics was blessed. Otherwise all other division of states in India under the strong pretext of Economics are done. Societal difference cannot be explained, at least I can't in simple words. To explain few intricacies I have to personify a lot. Ease the business down politics has a good tool in their hand and they know it will always work because their are very few trues in India and in very few of them only couple of them lie at the top POWER and MONEY. Who have this, he is true. &lt;br /&gt;These things are not difficult to tell people, but the problem is people listen to only those who never in their life will tell this. A very rich and generous person (as it seems) helping other even though they might not even require his help. What a man, I used to embrace him ( kya karoon choti budhi tha). Always ,as Barney say, suit up in a very long AC car. He was really rich man I must say.&lt;br /&gt;I also vaguely remember Mr. Agarwal, tall, dark with spectacles and long nose. He was kind of big business man. Not as rich as Bajaj but still owns lot of wealth. There were not less than hundred shops of Mr. Agarwal although Bajaj owns nearly fifty big showrooms. Mr. Agarwal was very authoritative kind of person, may be kind of always worried how he can earn more money but never compromise of his stand. Whatever stand he took, he abide by that, unlike Bajaj who had meager principles.&lt;br /&gt;And here was my family, which earned decent starting to make image in the society. We earned quite decent, but there were lot of problems we used to face if we don't keep tight check. But still now people had started to recognize us. There was still a long way to go in order to be like Agarwal or Bajaj but still even they know us and acknowledge us in the part of the society.&lt;br /&gt;Similar to us (like three of us) there were several other homes. There were although some very poor peasants home who live in abject poverty. &lt;br /&gt;Our society was facing a dire situation of electricity. There was a lot of wastage by all of us, (esp three of us). When there was abundant and we were not aware this situation will ever arise Bajaj used to waste lot of electricity. Due to his extravagant nature things becomes worse slowly. Then Agarwal, when his status began to rise with more no. of shops, started wasting lot of electricity. Slowly he overtook Bajaj, and he became the most wasteful family. Although if we consider the history Bajaj would still be on top with very huge margin. We also, after gaining status in society, became kind of extravagant in wasting the energy.&lt;br /&gt;So everyone after realizing where we are heading arranged a meet, and for the first time in the life there was an invitation to peasants family. Although I was sure they won't be having a big say in this, but still Bajaj (kind of head of meet) invited them also.&lt;br /&gt;Everyone was really active in getting the electricity problem solve ASAP. Everyone was there, as my family was gaining a good reputation in society and we were also very happy seeing the situation became really exuberant and announced we will make the max cut usage, although I was sure this going to give a big blow in our progress and our dream of being Bajaj will be in big dismay.&lt;br /&gt;But still we have to show others and esp Bajaj that we are serious although ramification may screw us.&lt;br /&gt;Then there was Mr. Agarwal quite adamant, intelligent and shrews agreed to lower the usage. But when Bajaj asked (who himself was not sure of commitment) began questioning the stand of Agarwal. Bajaj said he will constantly monitor it with new technology so that Agarwal abide by his commitment. Agarwal infuriated with infringement began questioning Bajaj stand on usage and how much he will cut the usage. People like him are responsible for this meet and instead of realizing their mistake they still act in bossy way. Agarwal said a big NO for monitoring. Bajaj was ready to pay in cash to everyone (now even Peasant are in picture) for his earlier mistake and was ready to make the cut ( all in air and nothing in written beacuse his family has said BIG NO for any cut). I want to share one of the most famous joke (may be refreshing for few of you).&lt;br /&gt;“A kid asked his father that what the heck is politics. Calmly father replied personifying various aspects of politics. He said that as he is the earner or one with the money he is a capitalist. Kid’s mother is the administrator of money, she is the government. The nanny, she works for the house so kind of working class and his younger baby brother is the future. Kid got an idea but still has to understand the complexity. One night he heard his bro crying, he went and saw baby had severely soiled the diaper. He went to mom’s room she was sleeping. He went looking for nanny, founding the door close he peeked through keyhole and saw his father in bed with nanny. He quietly came back to his room and slept. Next day his father inquired, had he understood what politics is all about. Child naively replied ‘Well, while Capitalism is screwing the Working Class, the Government is sound asleep, the People are being ignored and the Future is in deep poo.’”&lt;br /&gt;What an irony! I found the similar situation in India, although it is same elsewhere, but I feel it more appropriate in context of India. &lt;br /&gt;I sometime find it very difficult to stand very cheap and plebian comedy shown to us and our family these days. Yet there context is good, but there should be some better way to appreciate the thought. These days I find it very interesting to watch a daily soap on SAB-Tv Lapataganj. Casting is good, people seems to fit their character (unlike most of the shows), acting is decent, and most importantly thought process is displayed in an excellent way. Not like Koda’s wealth which has no end. Light comedy with no plebian jokes or two headed potato. Unlike most of the shows which hints you when to laugh, it gives you your own time to understand and appreciate the humor. To start off, there is a long term rise in the cost of energy. Every time the cost of transportation goes up, employers are compelled to raise the wage accordingly. They may resist for a time, but if they want their workers to show up, they eventually have to provide a transportation subsidy. It is built right into the wage structure.&lt;br /&gt;Next, the entire system f commuting implies hidden costs. Companies that brings employees to a central location wind up paying more for real estate; they pay higher taxes, maintenance costs and salaries. They often have to provide cafeterias, locker rooms, and in substantial locations, parking facilities – there is a whole infrastructure which supports the commuting process. All of the costs have been sky rocketing.&lt;br /&gt;By contrast, as we all know, the cost of telecommunications and computing and video equipment and other tools for “telecommuting” are plummeting. So you have two powerful economic curves about to intersect. But even more importantly, we all worry about productivity. Without doubt, the single most anti-productive thing that we do is to shift millions of people back and forth across the landscape everyday. A waste of time, of human creativity, of millions of barrels of non-renewable fuel, a cause of pollution, crowding and god knows what else.&lt;br /&gt;We worry about the human effects of home-work. But human is commuting himself? For most workers commuting is the unpaid part of the job, being isolated for hours at a time. Commuting was important when most workers had to handle physical goods in factories. Today, as the Third Wave industries expand, many workers travel to work to handle information, ideas, numbers, programs, formulas, designs and symbols and it is a lot cheaper to move the information to the worker that the workers to the information.&lt;br /&gt;There are all kinds of parallel cultural and value shifts as well as that support the idea. The new emphasis on revived family life, the decentralist push-nothing is more decentralized than working at home. The resistance to forced mobility- you do not have to move your family when you change your job. Environment concern- nothing pollutes more than centralized production.&lt;br /&gt;Add all these pressure together, and you understand why this transfer of certain jobs into the home seems too likely. Moreover, you have to see this development not by itself, but as a linked to the domestication of production and distribution, decentralization towards the regions, rising importance of information, the appearance of wholly new unprecedented industries, the breakdown of national tools for economic regulation or management and the rising importance of co-production and non-market production.&lt;br /&gt;We are restructuring the economy on all these fronts at once. Now wonder our economic vocabulary is outdated. No wonder our economic mps no longer reflect the terrain. After a very long time there will be a weekend when i dont have any plan :). &lt;br /&gt;Ambling back to house, a shrill voice pierce through my half dead ears. Someone was blowing the whistle, I looked up saw a group of people in light blue clothes (awesome they all were wearing same color of clothes). Coming towards me, being highly skeptical and sensed some coconey. But nothing of that sort happened and a short guy,partly bald, gave me some pamphlet, I watched their back until they disappear in dark in bated breath and resumed my walking.&lt;br /&gt;Ooh gosh, let me see, there were two pieces of paper, with Gandhiji on top left. But tomorrow is Nehru B'day, don't they even know that much!! I looked down and saw an alien looking guy with folded hands, full of inauspicious innocence and clandestine eyes. Then I saw a person with the finger, Dr. Ambedkar, and small whistle, still audible, and suddenly I was enlighten, election are coming in Hyderabad.&lt;br /&gt;I will be not writing what was written on pamphlet, not because I am frugal, but because I am inept in Telugu, in which all the contents were written (apart from some numbers and MLA).&lt;br /&gt;So there were an alien, Gandhiji, the finger man, a whistle, now there was an MLA potrait, looks like an educated young fellow.Blue color agenda was clear (so was the pamphlete color). But the most striking thing about the pamphlet was a cartoon. Really nice and well potrayed. There was a cow, Indian cows are still very sacred, and there were people feeding the cow. Facial expression clearly demonstrated that they were exacted too much from cow. There were all kinds of people having their share of grass in their hands, portray of farmers, engineer, doctors, shopkeeper etc etc. And there were two people having the full conrol at the other end of the cow. They were milking the cow and defintely deluging the pot they were filling. Eyes closed indifferent, from everyone else just milking the cow and extracting as much as they can. Small calf was tied nearby with mouth close feeling wistful for milk. (There were captions under each of these characters). But very few actually look in the gaffe we are creating for us or for the coming generation.&lt;br /&gt;This Diwali brought a big smirk on the face of motor companies. There was a sharp rise in sale of vehicles, does it seem idyllic? I guess not for an environmentalist.  Burning of fuel, running of an AC, construction of building; malls etc, steel industry, plastic industry, and list indefinitely will continue and whatever things we do without even realizing do contribute in making our environment dirty. Grandiosity is my nature, but I remember dialogue in Constant Gardener “We cannot help everyone but this child over here we can help him”, so we cannot clean whole world but small amount of pollution we do can be prevented. Gnomic!&lt;br /&gt;Real issue wandering my mind after researching what exactly is Copenhagen issue and what is the criticality of the issue. Annex-I nations, played gambit, to provides financial gains and technologies in return of carbon space already used up by them.  What I think that environment we are living in is very small and world is developing at a much faster rate. Today we are too much environment conscious but were we so 50 or 100 years back. I don’t know but probably we weren’t. Some great scientist has discovered that our environment would be fine or rather won’t be harming us much if concentration of CO2 is less that 450ppm or so. Now developed nations or Annex-I countries in the race of glut, war etc have already used up most of the carbon space which was intended to be distributed to each nation depending upon their population. &lt;br /&gt;Consider India not more than 3% is the contribution of India in the carbon emission, but ideally it should be nearly 20% (based on population or per-capita). The honorific US having just 4.5% of world population already taken up 27% of carbon space, much beyond the specified limit. Now even after committing horrendous gaffe, still it is not taking very drastic steps as it has intended or directed developing countries to take and would be clearer in Copenhagen soon.  India since independence or economy revolution in late 80’s never intended to strengthen up its manufacturing base or industry base and focused much on Service economy, may pay very heavy price if still it continues that esp when great amount of restriction will be imposed on developing countries like China and India in this environment G77 summit.&lt;br /&gt;I may seem garrulous but things are not very simple when it comes on international sphere, keep in mind globalization is pounding like never before. Current world scenario, division of worlds happening in specific groups, could be harbinger of some hobgoblin. These red talibani may have valid exacting but the way they are demanding is definitely not exculpable. Our Home Minister, gilded with excellent sense of Finance Ministry, is surely missing a point here. You can’t negotiate or talk with the person possessing gun, and to worsen, you are also not ready to step down (it is my supposition).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Exacerbating situation is espoused of neighboring countries in funding and training and lot of other stuff I am not aware of. &amp;nbsp;Governments always try to hide itself till the situation extenuate by itself. But this time situation cannot be exonerated.&amp;nbsp; Nepal is also finding it very difficult to cope up with the situation Maoist are creating, threatening the ruling party even UN expressed concerns on current situation.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;I was appalled to know that expatriated Tamil Tigers is finding their way in Maoist in India. Preposterous. &amp;nbsp;I am not here to exegesis or prove some point. But decapitating a Police Officer is certainly blow in Indian Democracy and now I find it hard to point any difference between terrorist in Kashmir and Maoist. The basic difference in Maoism and Marxism is the cause they fight for, but neither of the cause gives right to kill someone. Reviving the thoughts of good old cinema I used to watch and not egregious cinema I am forced to watch these days.&lt;br /&gt;I have an affinity to watch movies, a very very strong one. But these days,esp box office blockbuster movies, I get qualm after watching them.&lt;br /&gt;So what is that which is changing, my over-expectation of good movies or strong degradation of bollywood&amp;nbsp; movies.&lt;br /&gt;I am watching movies since I don't know, may be before I realized that I am watching a movie. My father is great lover of hindi cinema, and because of that may be I have grown extreme fondness for Bollywood. But this inclination was not just commercial cinema, but also critically acclaimed&amp;nbsp; Parallel Cinema. I don't know Burger generation even know about Parallel Cinema, but it is there as it was always there.&lt;br /&gt;Cinema is changing, filling life with words, music, colors and now a day even vociferous violence, and pornographic. Instead of showing intricate relationships, changing scenarios of world, making a strong point in community movies are made which such halfheartedness that they can't even make the point which sometime they intend to do so, or sometime they don't even have a point. What is Ghazini all about, I still wonder, but it is one of the biggest blockbuster bollywood has given and we dawdle with these kind of movies. Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi tries to prove a point, showing some intricate moments but still it wasn't as meticulous effort as earlier legacy of the director was i.e. DDLJ.&lt;br /&gt;Have you watched Pyaasa, ooh I thing I am asking the wrong question :). Have you heard about the movie Pyaasa by Guru Dutt, a genius of his age, much more talented than Raj Kapoor the showman. I believe that it is one of the finest work by Bollywood, comparable or may be superior to even Shawshank Redemption, a flawless milestone by Hollywood.&lt;br /&gt;Cinema is changing, 1930 when it was basically a very faint attempt, or rather mixture of tainted independence effort and drama. 1940 continues with some movies making a very strong point of independence and some of the vital social issues.&lt;br /&gt;But the golden era of Indian Cinema lies in 1950 to mid 60's, the best movies of all time ranging from Pyaasa, Aawara, Mughal-e-Aazam, do bigha Zameen, and lot's more. It was time of emerging India, from colonial expansion and movies mediated some of the very critical social issues and point was made.&lt;br /&gt;1970's angry young man was an answer to corruption, poverty and other industrialization and labor issues. I wont say that they don't made their point, they had but there was too much repetition of same Inspector, with a criminal brother :). But in between all this, this era produced few of the greatest comedies of all time. Golmaal, Chupke Chupke and countless others. Not even that movies made on very minute subjects but handled in the most expertise way, esp Chhoti Si Baat and Anand, few of my all time best list.&lt;br /&gt;Lot of thing changed in 1980's to late 90's, it was an era of Romantic movies, with some of the best romantic movies of all time. Trio Khan emerged with some of the best romantic movies ever made. My favorite after watching many all time best Hollywood&amp;nbsp; romantic genre is still Kabhi Haan, Kabhi Naa.&lt;br /&gt;And then the era of globalization era of progress and happiness, also an era of increased terrorist activities are the main theme of movies these days. Also trying to portray equivocate youth. In the context Love Aaj Kal is a nice effort but not that much efficient in making up its point.&lt;br /&gt;Lagaan, Swadesh, Khaki, Rang De Basanti, Taare Zameen par, are some of the best movies which an era of emerging India has given vindictive and quite vindicating in nature.&lt;br /&gt;Still a lot to learn, a lot to make and a lot to view.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;PS: These are my personal views. I don't know whether it is weather or something else, I am sad. May be less than from last few days when I was really sad. I am not one of those philanthropist, serious thinkers trying to benefit maximum people, but still I love other humans.&lt;br /&gt;An auto-driver, a cart-puller, or a freckles labor I always think at the back of my mind that they are human. I don't know how correct I am, but I get a feeling from the people in corporate world (esp I know one from my office), they act as a despot, and talk to this so called lower class people which such rude and inhumane words even I feel like kicking their ****. But I soon realize even he is human, moreover he was very close friend of my manager ;).&lt;br /&gt;Last week was a havoc to India or may be to the whole world. There is a drastic flood in Karnatka and AP. Maoist are killing people in Jharkhand as cutting grass from their backyard. Topsy-turvy boat in Kerala. These are few of the events reported large by media. As far I know my India, 10 times the number of people die almost daily than the sum of people died in these incidents put together. May be this is one of the reason, slow pathetic misanthropic government, (I dont care State or Center) , is acting in the worst sluggish manner possible. I don't know whether any day this India will be the place I am looking for living, lively people and not dying people primarily because of the reason we don't know because nobody, I mean nobody including me, dont take responsibility. A bit of altruistic attitude is all I am asking.&lt;br /&gt;I am highly skeptic regarding progress of India, and it is really killing me to see that more than majority of India can't even think of sleeping with their stomach completely full. I was participating in the event and I was to imitate Bhagat Singh. It was during rehearsal of this, I heard the song AeMere watan ke logon and I kept wondering what could be the exact context of this song. Believe me, days were not that easy, we didn’t have internet and it was difficult to know the history or geography. In school also they don’t teach (I still wonder why) any post independence war.&lt;br /&gt;Somehow, by watching movies (it was this time I developed my inclination towards movies) I concluded India fought a war against Chinese in 1962 and India lost!!! It was tragic for me. How can India lose? It’s my India after all. Country which I was born in, was living in had lost a war. Are we safe? Or someday these bunch of Chinese will conquer whole India and again we will be under Chinese Raj. &lt;br /&gt;I am not good at remembering events. I lived my life for next few years. Again Chinese incursion and border problem came into news. Things were different now and I can google lot of things. So here I was trying to understand strategic problems India and China are facing.&lt;br /&gt;There is a huge chunk of land in Kashmir (which they have already occupied after 1962 war) and in North-East Region Arunachal Pradesh. Claims are from both the sides. After conquering or politically acquiring Tibet China had always claimed Arunachal Pradesh as its integral part. War cannot be the solution of anything so big think tanks of both the countries appointed committees. But I wonder what they discuss in the meeting. History of both the nation is too much bushy, colonialism, imperialism, and all kind of ism. It seems to me they must be putting up the weak evidences, which I am sure must be different for both these countries because you can’t write queer.&lt;br /&gt;So I was wondering why China didn’t pushed Indian that much as he is pushing it now. One of the reason I can think of is China has emerged as a big global power and satisfying its economic and infrastructure needs now trying to get off its political bindings. This definitely involves sorting out 50 years long border issue. &lt;br /&gt;India seems nowhere in the picture. We Indians always tend to push things. Still following Non-Violence, we will never make the first strike. But situation sometimes demands to make strategic initiation and Indian didn’t do this when they had time. So here we are losing General Secretary post in UN, still not a member of security council in UN, despite of 1/5th of Kashmir region with China, we offered talk on Kashmir with only Pakistan and never with China and the list continues. &lt;br /&gt;It’s time to be more prudent in diplomacy, strategic planning and leveraging what we have. Not to ponder over and wait for the things to come on us. Don’t be hasty but you can’t win if you are slow, diplomacy teaches us this and now we have to understand it and should take some crucial steps. Two teams are there, Terrorist and Counter Terrorist, fighting till death. It is an enthralling and a highly addicted game. Often I think why I used to love that game so much? And sometime this vague idea use to come to my mind was Gandhiji alive would he be playing this game or he would have opposed it, on the grounds of increasing violent thinking among teenager or youth. Gandhiji was staunch supporter of non-violence. People often characterize non-violence with cowardice or mock people who actually practice non-violence. But do they really understand what exactly non-violence is? Even I was not sure of exact meaning of the term, but in last couple of years I am beginning to understand what exactly Gandhiji meant by non-violence. It is very often in life when things are not in the manner they should be. They are quite dis-structured. Very rightly said  'an unjust law is not law at all'. There are situations when self-negations often entangle itself with other-negation. This situation is quite grim, and might torch the violence. But even to this situation if non-violence, instead of repudiating or for the interest negations creating Hiroshima, is a better way to structure out things. Philosophy of non-violence is not doing anything even something bad or unjust is done to you. It is recognizing the wrong in the society, taking a stand for it, fighting for the right and not killing each other. Killing, often despise, is one of the worst sin a human can commit. I watched Great Debaters, an excellent movie, recently and was really carried away by the final debate especially last couple of lines. Black movement in US is well known to everyone. They were in much-much worse conditions, denied basic educations, molested and killed often. There conditions were more pitiful than Indians as treated by Britishers. The debater who was black and saw a rogue mob killed a black man and hung him the field of corn because he supposedly stole some corn. So when oppositions says that Non-Violence is a mask wore by Civil Disobedience, in order to hide the anarchy. Then this little black man replies &lt;i&gt;My opponent says nothing that erodes the rule of law can be moral. But there is no rule of law in the Jim Crow South, not when Negroes are denied housing, turned away from schools, hospitals, and not when we are lynched. St. Augustine said, an unjust law is no law at all which means I have a right, even a duty, to resist. with violence or civil disobedience. Latest trends and with ameliorating dresses, there was a lot to see this time. I exalt designer who introduced harem pants for men, a unisex dress. But don’t get the feeling that I am an antagonist, but someday in the Fashion week I was appalled by the survey conducted by Development Studies of British.&lt;br /&gt;On an average 6000 children die every day in India, with crawling 50% due to Malnutrition. I studied sociology in my Graduation and read how much our government spends on the health of Jachha and Bachha as India leads in Maternal Mortality Rate and Infant Mortality Rate. Some of the data from UNICEF shows that malnutrition is one of the major problems in India. &lt;br /&gt;Government dawdling steps in health sector for poor is really pathetic. Out of 114 crores population of India, keeping in view of unprecedented growth of India, 88 crores population lives on less than Rs 2000 per month, with majority of people living in condition worse than sub-Saharan Africa. Then where all the money is going? This boom has definitely enriched lot of people, but this lot is still very small nearly 5 crores. Bless 5% population and anathematize 95% definitely shows poor governance.&lt;br /&gt;In 2001 India promised UN to reduce the number of hungry citizen by half till 2015, but recent reports shows it will not reach this goal even till 2043. &lt;br /&gt;This kind of apathy definitely makes me animus, or rather inspire me to abjure my candor. I feel like I understand Laal Salaam in much better way. I feel aphasic and want to inhibit my weakness or bondages. I can go wherever I want without bothering anyone. Saint person facetiously told me, lesser the person knows happier he is, but I took these words more seriously. &lt;br /&gt;Journey in the train is more placatory than a luxury hotel for me. It was a long journey and as Bapuji said if you want to see real India travel in a train (not in AC Class off course). So I followed his dictation and there I was thinking about my new story about a conman. Just deriving the characters from the people I was seeing. &lt;br /&gt;There it was Betul station and all of a sudden I saw lot of people I mean to say there were myriad of people. There was a very high security I must say it was one of the very few occasion when I saw Black Cat commandos. After few inquiries I came to know Netaji who also holds a ministry in state parliament was going to capital i.e. Bhopal. Then some of the pantry people told me that in 2-AC Birth in which Netaji is there is completely empty and whole birth I mean to say 48 seats in 2-AC was booked for 6 person Netaji, his secretary, and level 1 security persons. I was astounded that how much Netaji would have paid for that. Then a thought struck my mind and I was flabbergasted. Is Netaji using money of those people who may never travel in train or 2-AC Coach Whole of their life? This thought was farcical at that point of time but soon I was irritated, as I am quite petulant, by some of the event which followed in next couple of week.&lt;br /&gt;Chicanery austerity campaign was launched by ruling party UPA. Derided by various opposition parties it was clear that it is a despondent attempt to raise money so that drought or deluged affected farmer can be “HELPED”. First run, Sonia Gandhi flying in Economy Class seemed munificently attempt to kick off the season. Is Sonia Gandhi a Minister, or holds some high post in Indian Government, morally NO. Then is it so that all MP’s are given Business class ticket from the hard earned money of common people, I don’t know the answer but if the answer is yes then this ostentatious austerity has definitely  revealed depravity and nebulous administration at the centre government level.&lt;br /&gt;Soon Rahul Gandhi, youth icon may be because he spends his long holiday in Europe or have some of the World’s most expensive cars, followed the chicanery austerity. When I heard of his travel in a train Betur incident flashed in my mind and I could easily picturise what it must have been like a MP travelling in a train.&lt;br /&gt;Soon faction of UPA MP’s started revolting against these of austerity measure. Nearly 30% of MP’s of ruling party are newly elected and living in 5 or 7 star hotels because some of the OLD MP or minister are not emptying their houses in Delhi. Shashi Tharoor soon become too poignant and wrote something on twitter which definitely had hurt some of the 5 Star hotel residents MP’s ego that he said sorry for what he wrote and was chagrin. Majority of these MP’s wealth worth not less than few crores, but they are spendthrift thrift in spending foolish and ignorant taxpayer money. Money just like any other machine depriciate in future. The forefathers specifically provided this attribute to money for some good reason (Which I might discover while writing this essay)&lt;br /&gt;So I was telling you about what is interest rate, it is kind of what current 100 rs note worth after an year. If it is 12% your 100 rs is equivalent to 112 bucks after 1 year. So does it means everyone is getting richer day by day. In my understanding yes and also no. There is another Stan sitting somewhere, called inflation. &lt;br /&gt;Business man and people selling things know that after an year you will have 112 bucks, so they will increase thier prices in order to get some extra cut from your earning. Not only business men but Government does the same. It increase taxes direct or indirect and get its slice of butter.&lt;br /&gt;So what is the use of this interest rate, I think forefather of economics were very clear of one thing, they want to make society much better place to live in. Now if we look closely, if you have not done saving and investment properly , then surely you will suffer from inflation after an year and will look for more lucrative job. But suppose you have intelligently done the saving and invested your money in the best way possible, you will be still having more money than last year even inflation is there and Government is having his slice.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now we are quite clear with interest rates and how it affects one side of economy. There is other side of economy i.e. those who take loan. They have to payback in accordance to interest rates. I am not touching that aspect right now.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So what 0% rates will affect the former part of economy. It will mean there is no point in saving your money or putting up in the bank (which provide this rate).  So definitely you are not going to keep this bank, so where you will keep it. You will do one of the following things :-&lt;br /&gt;1. Give to some one which look promising and give more payback. (Share market)&lt;br /&gt;2. Investing yourself in some kind of business or some profit making things.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So what are you doing effectively, you are pumping your money in the market cycle, which in turn will create more money.&lt;br /&gt;now one question which is always intruguing to me how money multiply when it goes in cycle of market. It can be easily understood by Money Multiplier effect. Which I will touch sometime later.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So what we see is, 0% interest government monetary department wants or urges you do not save your money in bank, go out yourself and put in market. Banks are fragile because of their earlier liabilties and they cant promise you any more. So it is your money and you should take care of yourself. They will just make themselves fat by licking the cream of the milk just leaving odor for peoples.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I don't know why still NDA is not in power. The whole social circle I am living in supports BJP (at least in front of me). Most of my social circle are young educated people primarily belonging to North India.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Some people here in South they support other parties also. Test center was very far from my flat so I was feeling drowsy in bus. Just enjoying late summer evening, gentle warm and cold mixture breeze slapping my cheeks.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;I was looking outside window, I am not that much familiar with Hyderabad, but the place was kind of thin border between Secunderabad and Hyderabad. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A thin looking guy most probably a beggar, with thin face in shreds, hard to get notice was there by street. Just besides him was a cow, similar physical appearances. &lt;br /&gt;Speed of bus was a bit slow that time may be because of square or something.&lt;br /&gt;All of a sudden I saw that the thin man was trying to get some milk from Cow. Although I think that Cow was also too weak but still I was able to see some milk there.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And I just ended up thinking, Cow is definitely our mother. I ate my favorite cheese burst pizzas and had Vodka. I really enjoyed my Sunday Night after working on weekends :(.&lt;br /&gt;I woke up early in the morning read some things and watched cricket. India is in full control now I think so.&lt;br /&gt;I caught an auto for office. While I was passing by roads were dug and work was going on. All of a sudden I saw a board. &lt;br /&gt; "Your TAX at WORK"&lt;br /&gt; "WORK is in PROGRESS"&lt;br /&gt;I was really impressed by that board. To be frank I generally see board "Work in Progress"  written on it. But I found this amusing and all of a sudden some thoughts came to my mind, I just want to express them.&lt;br /&gt;First of all I want to congratulate the person who has come up with this idea. I am sure now most of people who dont have slightest idea where there tax goes will realize actually what there money is working at.&lt;br /&gt;I am not sure but it must provoked thought among those people who don't pay their taxes on time or don't pay them at all and all the time point out inefficiency of system and always criticize  infrastructure, made them think that they should do their honestly so that tax money can do their work honestly. Everyday I see hundreds of poor people lying on roads, living on roads, dwelling on roads oops it must be roadsid in real sense. But in India everything can be true.&lt;br /&gt;I read yesterday that India origin people having their bank account in Swiss Bank (only) have aggregate money equals seven time debts of India. Around seven thousand crore USD. I was amazed at thi figure. How the hell Indians have such a huge amount of money. Then I realized that People pay lot of taxes, tax rate is really high in India. Whatever hard earned money people pay back to govenment in the hope it will be injected back in economy and multiplied. But we do not get what we expect. In short people do not get anything back but they pay and pay and pay every year. &lt;br /&gt;I also read that money is enough to clear out India foreign debt, and will be enough just over a lac to renumerated to people below povertly line around 45 million people. &lt;br /&gt;Now things which make me sad everyday, and inspire me to pay tax so that anything good can be done for the poors, is just flooded in Swiss bank. Moreover if the owner does not withdraw money from bank and dies all money goes to Bank. Now this particular clause made me cry silently. All tax, duties, and lots of other things just go wasted because of animals called politicians. &lt;br /&gt;Swiss bank in the crisis of world economy came out of their policies and were ready to reveal names of account holders who have their account in their bank. They send this in writtedn and asked for government co-operations all around the world. USA realized the gravity of situation and Obama went ahead despite of security concerns and asked bank to give details of accounties. On the other hand Ruling and oppositiong party or any of the party (except Left that too very late) spoken a single world in order to take any steps further. &lt;br /&gt;I just heard news that in Industrial economy Toxic Asset must be removed, I believe Toxic politican should be hanged and burned in public. &lt;br /&gt;Now I just want to do something regardin this. I will be keep updating this. I went to some place where I should not have gone. I misjudged the situation as often as I misjudge peoples. &lt;br /&gt;At night I learned some new concepts of game theory. It is awesome man. I must say game theory is as beautiful as the beautiful mind of Russel Crowe. I hope you must have seen that movie. I watched news and headlines was Kasab got a lawyer. Her name is Anjali, but soon after court had appointed lawyer to Kasab Shiv Sena(I don't know why the hell they are after the name of third power of nature), as name says they are the army of destruction. They had done some crap outside her house. In morning I woke up and saw she in written submitted that she won't be the lawyer of Kasab. &lt;br /&gt;I was in hurry in the morning as I need to attest some photocopies of mark-sheets. I am planning to do MA in economics. I got ready early at 9 and went to the Registrar office of NIFT(National Institute of Fashion Technology) around 9:30.&lt;br /&gt;I enter the room of Dr. Krishna Mohan Roy (MA, P.hd) Registrar of NIFT. He was talking on phone in Telgu with someone. After he finished chatting I told him my purpose of visit. At first his reaction was do I know you?&lt;br /&gt;I was not surprised at this question. India is a large country with population of over 110 million. I replied in negative. Then to make him sure I am the person, resident of India working at Oracle passed from IIT Kanpur. I showed him all the documents in original. I showed him my photo ID Card Pan-Card issued by Government of India. It was a chance that I had my passport issued by the name of The President of India. After showing him all the documents his reaction was something which made me worry and provoked the thought why people become Kasab.&lt;br /&gt;He said 'Yeah I know you have all these documents. But what if they are fake?(Government official kicking the arse of governemnt)I know that you might be right but what if you are not citizen of India and some Pakistani.' I asked what what the hell would I do if you signed some certificate. If I was terrorist this building might be down by the time and what terrorist activity will I commit after getting my mark-sheets attested. He didn't say anything but he said that I don't want any trouble I don't want to go to Police Stations etc. I was surprised that if people didn't even trust after showing documents at all stuff why people don't even believe me. I was really heart broken at the time and in my mind Kasab was rounding his rifle and shooting innocent people. I once again tried to reassure him but he said if you any one in Hyderabad who can speak telgu I will trust you. Now my head was boggling. Why this person who does not trust the official documents and I offered him if he wants I will make him talk to some IIT Professor which he refused is now saying of you have any acquaintance in Hyderabad he will trust me.&lt;br /&gt;I said even I made him talk to my house owner will he trust me? He said yes as long he speaks telgu. I was amazed on his reply. I asked he don't trust documents which I am showing him in original and will trust anyone whom I will call and you will talk to him on phone and you will trust me. Is this the correct way? &lt;br /&gt;He was then a bit irritated. I was not there to make him angry but to get my work done. So I didn't say much things and once again I showed him all documents and asked him gently I am not going to call anyone I am showing you these documents and you can verify from wherever you want but I need them to be attested as it is urgent for me.&lt;br /&gt;This discussion was elongated for more than half an hour. At the end he said that he will attest them and I got attested copies. I thanked him for the co-operation and left. &lt;br /&gt;This was the small example of mistrust among people in India. What would have been the case if I was muslim and then asked him to attest the copies. I am sure i would be thrown out of office with copies may be torn. I am great fan of How I met your mother esp Season 1,2 and 3. Season 4 sucks. It was during one of these episodes legendary Barnie said "Nothing Good happened after 2 am" and after that I have realized each nite, this phrase in every sense it is true.&lt;br /&gt;So I generally made a habit not to do anything constructive or new after 2 am. Most of time I watch movies or browse through articles and some time sleeps.&lt;br /&gt;This hostel life changed me but this job-life is tending to bring new aspect in my life. It is 1:55am and I am writing this blog. I am writing this blog with an intention to complete it by 2am. No special reason, just because i was too tired and I had a fight with my girl friend (Rach).&lt;br /&gt;Some time it happen that you wish to do something and everyone opposes. and sometime there is someone waiting for you to do certain things and you irrestibly do not wish to do it. Same fight was repeated last night and the only reason of the fight, as far as I can think so, is we have not met from last 1.5 month. Days are running off, and I am trying to catch up. Still I am not sure what life wants from me but I know I want her in my life. Things are not adjusting in proper way, life is just to adjust or to live life king size I have to find answer of these question. With hand closed showing how determinant he is. As we grow up and life pass we open our hand gradually. There are only two possible reasons for it. Either you want to embrace new persons, make friends or you want something. Both of the reasons may be good sometime or may be bad. It all depends on the current scenario.&lt;br /&gt;There is a famous saying in Hindi, 'In bad time you have to make even a donkey your father', so you might be opening your hand for friendship in a similar fashion.&lt;br /&gt;But do we really realize the meaning of birth we have taken. I don't know how many of us do realize that fact. Even I don't know what I am supposed to do on earth, besides eating and sleeping.
